Our story - the short version.
We started with the Ferguson House in 2005 and added Shady Creek and the Cottage in 2010. We never imagined when we moved from Ohio in 2000 that we would own vacation rentals in Maggie Valley. It’s been a blessing. We’ve made some wonderful, long time friends from renters that have been renting from us for 10 or more years. We love Haywood County and the surrounding areas and know that many people love coming here too. We strive to make our homes comfortable and relaxing so that our guests can enjoy their time whether sitting on the porch or exploring.
